About the Project
CCK TM supplied a comprehensive ventilation solution for the ROST Oleksiivskyi Supermarket in Kharkiv. Covering more than 13,000 m², the shopping facility includes retail areas and multiple service zones that require reliable operation of modern HVAC and fire safety systems.
To provide a comfortable indoor climate and enhance fire safety, the facility was equipped with a complete ventilation solution manufactured by CCK TM.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to achieve the following engineering objectives:
- provide efficient supply and exhaust ventilation throughout the shopping complex;
- maintain a comfortable indoor climate for customers and staff;
- ensure balanced air distribution across retail and service areas;
- integrate fire protection components into the ventilation system;
- ensure reliable and continuous operation of the HVAC equipment.

Project Results
As a result of the project, the ROST Oleksiivskyi Supermarket received a modern ventilation system that provides a comfortable indoor environment throughout the retail and service areas while meeting current fire safety requirements. The integrated CCK TM solution ensures efficient air exchange, reliable operation of the building's engineering systems, and safe day-to-day operation of the facility.
