About the Project
CCK TM supplied a complete smoke control ventilation solution for FONTAN SKY CENTER shopping center in Odesa. Located in the city's Primorskyi district, the shopping center is a modern multi-purpose facility with high visitor traffic, where reliable fire safety systems play a key role in protecting both occupants and property.
The project included a comprehensive smoke control ventilation solution designed to meet modern fire safety requirements.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to achieve the following engineering objectives:
- provide an efficient smoke extraction system;
- remove smoke and hot gases during fire emergencies;
- limit the spread of combustion products;
- integrate equipment into the building's fire safety ventilation system;
- ensure safe and reliable operation of the shopping center.

Project Results
As a result of the project, FONTAN SKY CENTER received a modern smoke control ventilation system that provides efficient smoke extraction, helps contain combustion products, and ensures reliable operation during emergency situations.
