About the Project
CCK TM supplied general ventilation equipment for Victoria Gardens Shopping Center in Lviv. With a total area of 102,000 m², the complex is one of the largest retail and entertainment destinations in Western Ukraine.
Large commercial facilities require efficient air distribution systems to maintain a comfortable indoor environment for visitors, tenants, and staff while ensuring the reliable operation of the building's engineering infrastructure.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to accomplish the following engineering objectives:
- provide stable air exchange throughout retail and public areas;
- maintain a comfortable indoor climate under high visitor traffic;
- integrate ventilation equipment into the building's engineering systems;
- ensure reliable and energy-efficient operation of the ventilation system;
- minimize operating noise while maintaining high performance.
CCK TM Solution
As part of the project, CCK TM supplied equipment for the building's general ventilation system.

Project Results
As a result of the project, Victoria Gardens Shopping Center received a modern general ventilation system that provides stable air exchange, a comfortable indoor environment, and reliable operation of the building's engineering systems. CCK TM ventilation equipment supports efficient long-term operation while meeting the performance requirements of large-scale retail and entertainment facilities.
