About the Project
CCK TM manufactured and supplied ventilation equipment for the BERTA GROUP Logistics Center near Lviv.
BERTA GROUP is one of the largest logistics operators in Western Ukraine. With a total warehouse area exceeding 43,000 m², the facility requires reliable climate control solutions to maintain stable indoor conditions, reduce energy losses, and ensure efficient logistics operations.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to achieve the following engineering objectives:
- reduce heat losses through frequently operated loading gates;
- maintain stable indoor temperature conditions in warehouse areas;
- provide comfortable working conditions for personnel;
- improve the overall energy efficiency of the logistics center;
- automate the operation of the ventilation system.
CCK TM Solution
As part of the project, CCK TM supplied a complete ventilation solution.

Project Results
The installed CCK TM solutions effectively separate indoor and outdoor air during loading operations, maintain a stable warehouse climate, improve the energy efficiency of the logistics center, and provide comfortable working conditions for personnel.
