Poltava

About the Project

CCK TM implemented a comprehensive ventilation solution for Poltavski Halushky Café in Poltava. For modern food service establishments, an efficient ventilation system is essential to ensure customer comfort, staff safety, and the reliable operation of food preparation processes.

The project included the installation of a complete supply and exhaust ventilation system incorporating equipment for air distribution, filtration, heating, cooling, heat recovery, and automatic system control.

Project Objectives

The project was designed to accomplish the following engineering objectives:

  • ensure compliant air exchange throughout dining and food preparation areas;
  • maintain a comfortable indoor climate for guests and staff;
  • filter supply air to remove dust and airborne particles;
  • heat and cool supply air according to seasonal requirements;
  • reduce energy consumption through heat recovery;
  • provide automatic control of the ventilation system.

CCK TM Solution

As part of the project, CCK TM supplied a complete set of equipment for a modern supply and exhaust ventilation system.

Equipment

Purpose

VRAN

Radial fan designed to provide efficient air exchange and reliable operation of the ventilation system.

C-PKV-EC-RC

Rectangular duct fan radial  with an EC motor, providing energy-efficient airflow, high performance, and automatic airflow control.

C-FKO

Refrigerant duct air cooler designed to cool and dehumidify supply air in ventilation and air conditioning systems.

SSR

Remote control unit providing convenient operation and control of the ventilation system.

C-PKT

Plate-type duct heat recovery unit designed to recover heat from exhaust air and reduce the energy consumption of the ventilation system.

C-EVN

Electric duct air heater used to heat supply air during the cold season. Equipped with multi-stage overheating protection.

C-FKP

Rectangular duct air filter designed to remove dust and airborne particles from supply air while protecting ventilation system components.

B-SAU

Automation kit for automatic monitoring and control of all ventilation system operating modes.

KP-KOL

Backdraft damper designed to prevent reverse airflow and the ingress of outside air after the fan has been switched off.

Project Results

As a result of the project, Poltavski Halushky Café received a modern supply and exhaust ventilation system that provides compliant air exchange, air filtration, heating, cooling, and automatic control of all operating modes. The integrated heat recovery unit helps reduce operating costs by recovering thermal energy from exhaust air, while CCK TM ventilation equipment maintains a comfortable indoor environment for both guests and staff throughout the year.
