Lviv

About the Project

CCK TM delivered a smoke extraction and pressurization ventilation project for the Semytsvit Residential Complex in Lviv. The development consists of residential buildings of varying heights combined with commercial and public infrastructure. To enhance fire safety, the building was equipped with smoke extraction and air pressurization systems based on CCK TM ventilation equipment.

Project Objectives

The project focused on the following engineering objectives:

  • providing efficient smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
  • creating positive air pressure in evacuation routes to prevent smoke infiltration;
  • ensuring safe evacuation conditions for occupants;
  • integrating ventilation equipment into the building's fire safety system;
  • delivering reliable system performance in compliance with current fire protection standards.

CCK TM Solution

Installed Equipment

Purpose

OZA-201

Creating positive air pressure in stairwells and evacuation routes during fire emergencies.

KROV

Removing smoke and combustion products through the smoke extraction system.

The project incorporated OZA-201 and KROV ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM.

The OZA-201 fans provide efficient air pressurization, are fully compatible with other building engineering systems, and offer high energy efficiency through their optimized aerodynamic design.

The KROV roof-mounted fans are designed for vertical smoke extraction and feature backward-curved impellers, ensuring high airflow performance, low noise levels, and reliable operation under various weather conditions.

Project Results

The implemented system provides efficient smoke extraction and air pressurization during emergency situations, helping maintain safe evacuation routes while complying with modern fire ventilation requirements for residential buildings. The use of CCK TM equipment made it possible to deliver a reliable, energy-efficient, and durable engineering solution.
