About the Project
CCK TM completed a ventilation project for NIKOLSKY Shopping and Entertainment Center in Kharkiv, one of Ukraine's largest modern mixed-use retail complexes. With a total area exceeding 105,000 m², the facility requires highly reliable engineering systems capable of supporting retail, entertainment, and public spaces while maintaining safety and comfort for thousands of daily visitors.
To provide efficient ventilation and smoke control, CCK TM supplied a comprehensive range of ventilation and fire safety equipment for the facility.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to accomplish the following engineering objectives:
- provide compliant air exchange throughout retail and public areas;
- ensure efficient exhaust ventilation for a large multifunctional commercial complex;
- integrate smoke extraction systems into the building's engineering infrastructure;
- enhance the overall level of fire safety;
- ensure reliable operation of ventilation systems under high occupancy conditions.
CCK TM Solution
As part of the project, CCK TM supplied ventilation and fire protection equipment for the shopping and entertainment center.

Project Results
As a result of the project, NIKOLSKY Shopping and Entertainment Center received a modern ventilation and smoke control system that delivers reliable air exchange, maintains a comfortable indoor environment, and provides a high level of fire safety. The integrated CCK TM ventilation solutions ensure dependable operation of the building's engineering systems while meeting the stringent requirements applicable to large-scale commercial developments.
