About the Project
CCK TM delivered ventilation solutions for the TERRACOTTA Residential Complex in Kyiv.
TERRACOTTA is a modern residential development consisting of four buildings ranging from 21 to 27 storeys. In high-rise residential buildings, reliable smoke exhaust ventilation plays a critical role in improving fire safety and ensuring the safe operation of the entire facility.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to achieve the following engineering objectives:
- implementation of a smoke exhaust ventilation system;
- maintenance of the required air exchange;
- enhancement of the building's fire safety;
