About the Project
CCK TM supplied KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal smoke extraction fans for the Pozniaky 4-A Residential Complex in Kyiv.
In modern residential developments, smoke control systems are a critical component of fire safety. Their primary purpose is to remove smoke and hot combustion gases during a fire, ensuring safe evacuation routes for occupants and supporting emergency response operations.
Project Objectives
The project was designed to achieve the following engineering objectives:
- implement an efficient smoke extraction system;
- remove smoke and hot combustion gases during fire emergencies;
- provide safe evacuation conditions for residents;
- ensure reliable operation under emergency conditions;
- comply with modern fire safety requirements for residential buildings.

As part of the project, CCK TM supplied KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal smoke extraction fans.
