About the Project

CCK TM completed an industrial ventilation project for PJSC Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, one of the largest companies in Ukraine's cardboard and paper industry. The facility specializes in the production of cardboard, paper, and sanitary tissue products, where manufacturing processes require stable air exchange and controlled indoor climate conditions. To meet these requirements, CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment designed for reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

Ventilation Project Objectives for a Cardboard and Paper Manufacturing Facility

Cardboard and paper production involves significant heat generation, elevated humidity levels, and the accumulation of dust and fibers, making efficient ventilation essential. The project's primary objective was to ensure stable operation of the ventilation system, remove contaminated air, maintain the required temperature and humidity levels, and provide safe and comfortable working conditions in accordance with industrial standards.

CCK TM Solution

To meet the project's requirements, CCK TM supplied industrial ventilation equipment specifically designed for the operating conditions of cardboard and paper manufacturing facilities. The project included not only the organization of general ventilation, but also equipping the facility with elements of a smoke protection system.

Equipment

Purpose

VRAN

Centrifugal fan designed to provide efficient air movement and reliable air exchange within industrial ventilation systems.

OZA-501

Axial pressurization fan that delivers high air pressure and is used as part of smoke control systems. Its high performance, energy efficiency, and robust design make it suitable for large industrial facilities.

OZA 300

Energy-efficient axial fan for low- and medium-pressure general ventilation systems. Its compact design, adjustable blade pitch, and wide range of sizes allow the optimal configuration for specific project requirements.

The installed equipment ensures reliable and uninterrupted operation of the ventilation system, maintains the required air exchange throughout the production areas, and meets the operational requirements of industrial facilities.
