About the Project

CCK TM supplied equipment for the jet fan ventilation system of the underground parking area at LAGOM Residential Complex in Dnipro.

Underground parking facilities require efficient ventilation to remove vehicle exhaust gases during normal operation and extract smoke in the event of a fire. Jet fan ventilation is one of the most effective modern solutions for such facilities, eliminating the need for extensive ductwork while maintaining reliable smoke control.


Project Objectives

The project was designed to achieve the following engineering objectives:

  • provide the required air exchange within the underground parking area;
  • ensure efficient smoke extraction during emergency situations;
  • create safe evacuation routes for occupants;
  • optimize the use of parking space by eliminating ductwork;
  • reduce installation and long-term operating costs.

As part of the project, CCK TM supplied JF-DU/DUV jet fans for the smoke control ventilation system.

JF-DU/DUV

Axial jet fans designed for underground parking ventilation, smoke extraction, and the creation of safe evacuation conditions without the use of air ducts.


Project Results

The installed JF-DU/DUV jet fans enabled the implementation of a modern ductless ventilation system for the underground parking facility. The solution provides efficient smoke extraction, preserves visibility for CCTV systems, simplifies installation and future system modifications, and reduces operating costs while maintaining a high level of fire safety.
