About the Project

CCK TM completed a project to supply ventilation and cooling equipment for the Slavuta-Pharm manufacturing complex, part of Ecofarm Research and Production Company in the Khmelnytskyi region. The facility specializes in developing and manufacturing pharmaceutical products based on natural plant materials and innovative medicines, where maintaining a controlled indoor environment is an essential part of the production process.


Ventilation Project Objectives for a Pharmaceutical Facility

Pharmaceutical manufacturing requires precise control of temperature, humidity, and air cleanliness in accordance with strict production standards. The objective of the project was to implement a reliable ventilation, air conditioning, and process cooling system that ensures safe manufacturing conditions and uninterrupted operation of engineering systems.

Equipment

Purpose

VRS 500

VRS 500 air handling units (AHUs) provide complete air treatment, including filtration, heating, cooling, and maintaining the required indoor climate parameters throughout the production areas.

KPU-1N

KPU-1N universal fire dampers automatically close ventilation ducts in the event of a fire, limiting the spread of smoke and flames between production areas.

Duct fans

Provide efficient airflow throughout the ventilation network, ensuring the required air exchange within production and process areas.

VRAN

VRAN energy-efficient radial fans are designed for supply and exhaust ventilation systems, delivering reliable airflow even under demanding industrial operating conditions.

MAVO.D

MAVO.D modular air cooling units are designed to cool the heat transfer medium that removes excess heat from process equipment. The units maintain stable operating temperatures, offer high energy efficiency, and can operate with water or glycol-based solutions depending on application requirements.


The integrated CCK TM solution meets the demanding requirements of pharmaceutical manufacturing by combining efficient ventilation, air conditioning, process cooling, and fire protection within a single engineering system.
