About the Project

CCK TM completed a ventilation project for the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant Training Center, designed for the specialized training of maintenance personnel. The facility provides practical training for specialists responsible for the maintenance and repair of VVER-1000 nuclear power units using a full-scope reactor simulator that accurately replicates real operating conditions.


Ventilation Project Objectives for the Training Center

Training facilities in the nuclear power industry require stable indoor climate conditions to ensure a comfortable learning environment while supporting the reliable operation of sophisticated simulation equipment. The primary objective of the project was to implement an energy-efficient HVAC system capable of automatically maintaining the required temperature, humidity, and air exchange parameters.

Purpose

VRS 300

VRS 300 air handling units (AHUs) provide comprehensive treatment of supply air, including filtration, heating, cooling, and automatic maintenance of the required indoor climate conditions. Their modular design allows the system to be tailored to the specific requirements of the training center while ensuring reliable and efficient operation.

AIRMATE-4000

AIRMATE-4000 suspended compact air handling units equipped with the Fan Wall system deliver high-capacity air distribution with low noise levels and excellent energy efficiency. The parallel fan configuration ensures uniform airflow through heat exchangers and filters, improving the overall performance of the ventilation system.


CCK TM equipment complies with modern requirements for ventilation systems used in public and specialized facilities, providing high reliability, energy efficiency, and stable operation under continuous service conditions.
