About the Project
CCK TM completed the modernization of the ventilation system in the bunker section of the main building at Zmiiv Thermal Power Plant, one of Ukraine's key power generation facilities. The project included a comprehensive ventilation upgrade designed to improve air exchange efficiency, automate system operation, and provide safe operating conditions for industrial premises.
Ventilation Project Objectives for a Power Generation Facility
Ventilation systems at power generation facilities must ensure stable air exchange, maintain proper airflow distribution, and provide safe working conditions for personnel. One of the key objectives of the project was to create positive air pressure in airlock vestibules while implementing automatic control of the ventilation system in accordance with the facility's operational requirements.
CCK TM Solution
As part of the project, CCK TM carried out a comprehensive modernization of the ventilation system serving the bunker section.
Equipment | Purpose |
Provides efficient air exchange throughout the industrial premises, ensures balanced airflow distribution, and maintains the required indoor climate parameters in accordance with the operational requirements of the power generation facility. | |
Automatically controls the operation of the ventilation system, maintains predefined operating modes, monitors air parameters, and optimizes equipment performance for improved energy efficiency under varying operating conditions. |
Project Results
The upgraded ventilation system ensures reliable operation within the bunker section, efficient air exchange, and stable positive air pressure in the airlock vestibules. The implemented solution improved the energy efficiency of the engineering systems, enhanced working conditions for personnel, and contributed to the reliable operation of the power generation facility.
