About the Project

CCK TM completed a ventilation project for the production facilities of AGRO-OVEN, one of Ukraine's leading agribusiness companies. The company specializes in the production of pork, beef, poultry meat, and other agricultural products. In poultry farming, maintaining a stable indoor climate is essential for efficient production, flock performance, and compliance with modern production standards.


Ventilation Project Objectives for a Poultry Farm

Ventilation systems at poultry facilities must maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and air exchange throughout the production cycle. The primary objective of the project was to implement an energy-efficient ventilation system capable of maintaining a stable indoor climate while effectively removing excess moisture, carbon dioxide, and other airborne contaminants.

Purpose

VRS 550

VRS 550 air handling units (AHUs) with integrated automation provide comprehensive air treatment for production facilities. Depending on the configuration, the units perform air filtration, heating, cooling, heat recovery, and automatic control of indoor climate parameters. Their modular design allows the equipment to be customized to the specific requirements of poultry production while ensuring high energy efficiency and reliable operation.
