About the Project

CCK TM completed a ventilation and air handling project for INTERPIPE, one of the largest manufacturers of steel pipes and railway products in Ukraine. Metallurgical production involves high heat loads and continuous industrial processes, making reliable ventilation systems essential for operational safety, process efficiency, and comfortable working conditions.

Ventilation Project Objectives for a Metallurgical Facility

Metallurgical plants require ventilation systems capable of providing efficient air exchange, removing excess heat, and maintaining the required indoor climate parameters throughout production areas. The primary objective of the project was to implement a reliable ventilation and air handling solution tailored to the demanding operating conditions of a metallurgical enterprise.

CCK TM Solution

To complete the project, CCK TM supplied a comprehensive ventilation and air handling solution for the production facilities.

Equipment

Purpose

VRS 550

VRS 550 air handling units (AHUs) provide comprehensive air treatment for industrial facilities. Depending on the configuration, they perform air filtration, heating, cooling, heat recovery, and automatic control of indoor climate parameters. Their modular design allows the units to be customized to specific production requirements while ensuring high energy efficiency and reliable operation.

KROV

Roof-mounted centrifugal exhaust fans with vertical air discharge provide efficient removal of exhaust air from production areas. Equipped with backward-curved impellers, they deliver high performance, low noise levels, and energy-efficient operation. The weather-protected design ensures reliable long-term performance under demanding industrial conditions.

CCK TM equipment is certified in accordance with applicable standards and is widely used at industrial facilities requiring reliable, energy-efficient, and continuous operation of engineering systems.

Project Results

The implemented solution provides stable air exchange throughout the production areas, efficient removal of excess heat, and reliable maintenance of the required indoor climate conditions. This contributes to the safe operation of production equipment, improved working conditions for personnel, and stable performance of metallurgical processes.
