About the Project

CCK TM completed a ventilation and air conditioning project for the Zdorovye Pharmaceutical Company in Kharkiv. The company is one of Ukraine's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers and ranks among the country's top producers of injectable ampoule-based medicines. To ensure stable production conditions in the ampoule manufacturing workshop, CCK TM implemented modern ventilation and air conditioning systems tailored to the facility's operational requirements.


Ventilation Project Objectives for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Pharmaceutical production requires strict control of air cleanliness, temperature, humidity, and indoor climate stability. The primary objective of the project was to maintain controlled air parameters within the ampoule production area, ensure uninterrupted operation of the ventilation and air conditioning systems, and provide environmental conditions that meet the requirements of modern pharmaceutical manufacturing.

To complete the project, CCK TM supplied VRS 300 air handling units together with an automated ventilation control system


Equipment

Purpose

VRS 300

Modular air handling units designed for comprehensive air treatment. The casing is constructed from enclosed aluminium profiles and 25 mm insulated sandwich panels, providing excellent airtightness, thermal insulation, and reliable long-term operation. The design minimizes air leakage and allows the units to be configured for specific production requirements.

Automation System

Provides automatic control of the ventilation and air conditioning systems, monitors indoor climate parameters, coordinates equipment operation, and improves overall energy efficiency.


The VRS series is certified in accordance with applicable standards and is used at industrial facilities across various industries. This integrated solution ensures reliable ventilation and air conditioning performance in continuous pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.


Project Results

The implemented solution maintains stable temperature, humidity, and air exchange parameters within the ampoule production area, supporting the environmental conditions required for pharmaceutical manufacturing. Automated system control improves operational reliability, enhances energy efficiency, and helps maintain the sanitary and hygienic conditions essential for high-quality pharmaceutical production.
