About the Project
CCK TM completed a ventilation and air heating project for OMiS Door Factory in Kharkiv. The company is one of Ukraine's leading manufacturers of interior doors, MDF wall panels, and PVC products. To ensure stable production conditions, the facility was equipped with an integrated ventilation solution manufactured by CCK TM.
Ventilation Project Objectives for a Wood Processing Facility
The production of doors and wood-based products requires stable temperature conditions and efficient air exchange throughout the manufacturing areas. The primary objective of the project was to provide effective ventilation, ensure the uniform distribution of heated air, and maintain an optimal indoor climate for both production processes and employee comfort.

To meet the project's requirements, CCK TM supplied a complete range of equipment for the facility's ventilation and air heating systems.

The units feature galvanized steel casings and heat exchangers made of copper tubes with aluminum fins, providing efficient heat transfer, long service life, and easy integration into duct ventilation systems. |
C-KVARK-P | Rectangular duct-mounted centrifugal fans for supply and exhaust ventilation systems. The backward-curved impellers are statically and dynamically balanced to ensure efficient airflow, low noise levels, and reduced energy consumption. Variable speed control via frequency converters allows the system to adapt to changing operating conditions. |
