About the Project
CCK TM delivered a comprehensive HVAC solution for Zaporizhstal in Zaporizhzhia, one of Ukraine's leading metallurgical enterprises. Steel production involves high thermal loads, large air volumes, and demanding operating conditions, requiring reliable and energy-efficient ventilation systems. To support continuous production, CCK TM supplied a complete ventilation, air conditioning, and automation solution tailored to the facility's operational requirements.
Ventilation Project Objectives for a Metallurgical Plant
Ventilation systems at metallurgical facilities must provide efficient air exchange, maintain the required indoor climate conditions, remove excess heat, and ensure reliable operation under continuous industrial workloads. The project's primary objective was to implement an integrated HVAC system with automated control, high energy efficiency, and dependable long-term performance.
CCK TM Solution
To meet the project's requirements, CCK TM supplied a complete range of ventilation and air conditioning equipment designed to ensure efficient HVAC operation throughout the production facility.
Equipment | Purpose |
OZA 301 | Energy-efficient axial fans providing effective air circulation. Their compact design, aerodynamic construction, and wide range of performance options allow the optimal selection for industrial ventilation applications. |
VRS | Air handling units (AHUs) designed to treat supply air and maintain the required indoor climate conditions in production areas. |
AK | Autonomous air conditioning units providing independent temperature control for specific production zones. |
KROS | Roof-mounted centrifugal exhaust fans featuring a high-efficiency backward-curved impeller, ensuring reliable performance, low noise levels, and efficient air extraction under demanding industrial conditions. |
REG-L, R25 | Air control dampers and ventilation grilles used to regulate and distribute airflow throughout the ventilation system. |
Automation system | Automated control system for ventilation equipment, optimizing operating modes and improving overall energy efficiency. |
The OZA, KROS and VRS product lines, along with CCK TM air control components, are certified in accordance with applicable requirements and are successfully deployed across a wide range of industrial facilities.
