About the Project
CCK TM completed an industrial ventilation project for the Chemical Reagents Plant in Kharkiv. The facility is part of the Institute for Single Crystals Science and Technology Complex of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and specializes in the production of chemical products and the development of pharmaceutical products. To ensure safe operation of the production areas, CCK TM supplied industrial ventilation equipment and fire protection components.
Ventilation Project Objectives for a Chemical Manufacturing Facility
Chemical manufacturing places stringent requirements on ventilation systems, which must provide continuous air exchange, maintain safe working conditions, and comply with fire safety regulations. The project's primary objective was to implement an efficient ventilation system capable of removing contaminated air, maintaining the required indoor climate conditions, and integrating smoke control and fire protection components.
CCK TM Solution
To meet the project's requirements, CCK TM supplied VRAN centrifugal fans and KPU-1N universal fire dampers, providing efficient ventilation while enhancing the facility's fire safety.
