About the Project
The Zhuravli Residential Complex is a business-class residential development located in the Saltivskyi residential district of Kharkiv, near the Zhuravlivskyi Hydropark recreational area.
The complex consists of two 23-storey buildings with an underground parking facility. Major shopping and entertainment centres, including «Dafi» and «Karavan», are located within walking distance, together with other urban amenities.
Ventilation Solution
For the parking ventilation system, CCK TM supplied roof-mounted ventilation equipment designed for effective air extraction from the underground facility.

KROV fans are designed for rooftop installation and provide vertical air discharge. Their low-profile housing and protection against atmospheric precipitation ensure stable operation under various weather conditions.
Depending on the required operating parameters, the fans can be equipped with KROV6 or KROV9 impellers featuring specially shaped backward-curved blades. This design provides high airflow performance with low noise levels. The range is available with single-speed motors or motors with variable-frequency speed control.
Project Result
The KROV fans provide effective air exchange in the underground parking facility, reliable removal of exhaust air and stable operation of the ventilation system.
