About the Project
The Duet Residential Complex is located in the Shevchenkivskyi District of Kharkiv at 58-B Tselinohradska Street.
The complex consists of two 20-storey sections. The nearby infrastructure includes Oleksiivska metro station, supermarkets, a market, a kindergarten and a school.
Ventilation Solution
For the second section of the Duet Residential Complex, CCK TM implemented an integrated solution for smoke control and fire protection ventilation. The supplied equipment covers smoke exhaust, pressurization and protection of ventilation networks against fire and smoke spread.

A key part of the solution is the UKROS-DU/DUV fan series. Its jet-type air discharge directs smoke and hot gases vertically upward, reducing the risk of smoke recirculation into the building. The backward-curved impeller provides high aerodynamic efficiency, while three-phase asynchronous motors ensure reliable equipment operation.
Project Result
The supplied equipment forms an integrated smoke control system for the second section of the Duet Residential Complex, providing effective smoke exhaust, air pressurization and protection of ventilation networks against fire and smoke spread.
