About the Project
The Iskrynsky Residential Complex is located in the central part of Kharkiv at 19 Malynovska Street. The complex consists of four buildings: one 9-storey building and three 16-storey buildings. The project was completed and commissioned at the end of 2017.
The residential complex benefits from a convenient location, with the Zakhysnykiv Ukrainy metro station, public transport stops, a supermarket, market, school and polyclinic nearby.
Ventilation Solution
CCK TM supplied ventilation system components for the project, designed to protect internal ventilation equipment components and support the safe operation of the building's engineering systems.

RES grilles can be integrated with fire and smoke dampers of both circular and rectangular cross-sections. The design also restricts unauthorized access to the actuator and protects it from external impact.
Project Result
The use of RES louvered grilles provides protection for ventilation equipment, a neat finish for ventilation openings and safe operation of the building's engineering systems.
