About the Project

CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment for the Myronosytska premium-class residential complex in central Kharkiv. The 12-storey residential building is located at the intersection of Myronosytska and Mayakovskoho streets, near Pushkinska and Universytet metro stations.


Smoke Protection Project Objectives

The modern multi-storey residential building required an integrated smoke protection system designed to address two key tasks:

  • smoke and hot gas extraction in the event of fire;
  • protection of evacuation routes from smoke ingress;
  • air pressurization in protected areas;
  • reliable closure of ventilation ducts during a fire;
  • compact installation of equipment on the roof.

Purpose

KROV-DU/DUV

Roof-mounted centrifugal fan for smoke and hot gas extraction.

Supply fan for creating positive air pressure in protected areas.

Mounting base for roof-mounted ventilation equipment.


The key solution was the combination of smoke extraction and air pressurization. The KROV-DU/DUV fan removes smoke and hot gases from the building, while VKOP 1 supplies outdoor air to protected areas and creates positive pressure that helps prevent smoke ingress.

KPD-4 dampers complement the smoke protection system by automatically closing ventilation ducts and limiting the spread of combustion products between different building zones.

The STAM mounting base provides a practical structural solution for installing the roof-mounted ventilation equipment.


Project Results

The CCK TM equipment provided an integrated smoke protection system for the residential building. The solution combines smoke extraction, air pressurization and ventilation duct isolation, helping maintain safer evacuation routes for residents in the event of fire.
