About the Project
CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment for the Prolisok Residential Complex in Kharkiv. The economy-class development consists of 33 sections across 12 buildings ranging from 10 to 14 storeys. The complex includes a multi-level open parking facility and is located near Sportyvna metro station and everyday amenities.
Ventilation Project Objectives
For the multi-section residential development, the key requirement was to provide safe smoke extraction in the event of fire, stable operation of the general ventilation system and controlled airflow.
The system had to accommodate numerous building sections and vertical ventilation networks while ensuring reliable equipment operation under different operating conditions.
CCK TM Solution
The project uses a combination of equipment for smoke extraction, air movement and airflow regulation:

UKROS-DU/DUV fans provide smoke and hot gas extraction in the event of fire. Together with KPD-4 smoke dampers, they form a functional part of the building's smoke protection system.
OZA-300 axial fans are used for air movement. Their compact design makes it possible to organize efficient ventilation without excessive use of technical space.
TUL backdraft dampers complement the system by automatically closing the airflow path when the fan stops. Their low actuation inertia makes them particularly suitable for use with axial fans, which typically have a relatively low outlet air velocity.
REG-L universal dampers are used to regulate airflow. They can operate as regulating or throttling devices and are suitable for supply, recirculation and exhaust air systems.
Project Results
The use of CCK TM equipment provided an integrated ventilation and smoke protection solution for the multi-section residential complex. The equipment enables efficient smoke extraction in emergency conditions, organized air exchange, airflow regulation and prevention of unwanted reverse airflow.
