About the Project
CCK TM supplied a comprehensive range of ventilation equipment for the Sokolnyky Residential Complex in Kharkiv. The business-class development consists of four 15-storey buildings with a total of eight sections and is located in an area with well-developed urban infrastructure. Kharkiv Forest Park and M. Horkoho Central Park are located nearby.
Ventilation Project Objectives
The multi-storey residential complex required comprehensive ventilation and smoke protection systems. The main objectives included efficient air and smoke extraction, organized air supply, protection of ventilation networks against the spread of combustion products and reliable roof-mounted equipment installation.
CCK TM Solution
A comprehensive solution was supplied for the project, covering the main components of the ventilation and fire protection systems:

RES ventilation grilles are an additional functional element of the system. They cover the internal part of the damper, protect the actuator from mechanical impact and prevent unauthorized access. The grilles can be integrated with fire and smoke dampers of different cross-sections, allowing them to be adapted to the specific system configuration.
Project Results
The use of CCK TM equipment enabled a comprehensive ventilation and smoke protection solution for the residential complex. The systems provide the required air exchange, smoke extraction and air supply to protected areas, while fire dampers and protective components improve the overall safety of the ventilation networks.
