About the Project
CCK TM implemented ventilation solutions for a residential building at 18a Pershotravneva Street in Poltava. The seven-storey building combines a classic architectural facade with modern panoramic glazing, while underground and outdoor parking facilities are provided for residents. The ventilation system forms an important part of the building's engineering infrastructure, helping maintain a comfortable indoor environment.
Ventilation Project Objectives
The ventilation system in a residential building needs to operate reliably on a daily basis, providing the required air exchange without unnecessarily affecting the living space. The main project objectives included:
- organizing efficient exhaust ventilation;
- continuously removing stale and polluted air;
- reducing the risk of excessive moisture accumulation;
- maintaining fresh air and a comfortable indoor climate;
- ensuring rational placement of ventilation equipment within the building.

For the residential building, CCK TM supplied equipment for exhaust ventilation and air extraction. The KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted smoke extraction fans are installed on the roof and provide vertical air discharge.
The KROV-DU/DUV design features a high casing with a free air outlet, protection against atmospheric precipitation and a compact support plate that simplifies roof installation. The impeller, with efficiency of up to 75%, provides high airflow and significant static pressure while maintaining a low noise level.
The duct ventilation equipment complements the system and ensures organized air movement throughout the building.
Project Results
The implemented ventilation system provides stable air exchange within the residential building and effective removal of exhaust air. The use of KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted fans allows the main equipment to be located outside the living areas, provides vertical air discharge and helps maintain comfortable conditions for residents.
