About the Project
CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment for the modern iQ-HOUSE Residential Complex in central Dnipro. The development is based on a smart home concept that allows residents to remotely control temperature, lighting, security and video surveillance. The complex includes apartments of various sizes, parking facilities and landscaped common areas.
Ventilation Project Objectives
The modern multi-apartment development required reliable equipment for the operation of its ventilation systems, including:
- maintaining the required air exchange within the building;
- using reliable ventilation equipment for general-purpose systems;
- regulating and distributing air flows;
- providing fire protection for ventilation networks;
- integrating ventilation solutions into the building's modern engineering infrastructure.

For the project, CCK TM supplied a comprehensive range of ventilation equipment covering the main system functions — air movement, regulation and distribution, as well as fire protection of ventilation networks.
The VRAN centrifugal fans provide air movement in general-purpose ventilation systems. Air-regulating devices are used to control air flows, while KPU-1N dampers provide fire protection for the ventilation networks.
Project Results
The supplied equipment provides comprehensive operation of the residential complex's ventilation infrastructure — from air movement and regulation to ventilation network protection in the event of a fire.
