About the Project
CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment for the smoke extraction systems of the Parkovi Ozera Residential Complex in Kyiv. The development is located on the left bank of the Dnipro River and occupies an area of approximately 10 hectares, with a total area of 320,000 m². The complex comprises 15 residential buildings ranging from 16 to 25 storeys and features its own residential and social infrastructure.
Smoke Extraction System Objectives
For a multi-storey residential development, the smoke control system is designed to:
- efficiently remove smoke and combustion products during a fire;
- limit the spread of smoke through ventilation networks;
- create safer conditions for resident evacuation;
- ensure reliable equipment operation in emergency conditions;
- provide effective air extraction from the areas specified by the project.

For the project, CCK TM supplied a comprehensive equipment package combining smoke extraction and airflow control components. UKROS-DU/DUV fans provide air extraction, while KPD-4 dampers are used to close ventilation ducts in the event of a fire.
The OZA 301 axial fans feature a compact design, convenient installation and improved energy efficiency. Their specially designed impeller and aerodynamically shaped motor support contribute to efficient fan operation.
Project Results
The CCK TM equipment provides an integrated smoke extraction solution, covering both the removal of combustion products and limiting their spread through ventilation networks. The combination of UKROS-DU/DUV, OZA 301 fans and KPD-4 fire-rated dampers contributes to the reliability of the smoke control system serving the multi-storey residential development.
