About the Project
CCK TM supplied equipment for the smoke control ventilation system of the Rest Residential Complex in Kyiv. The development consists of eleven 16-storey buildings with approximately 1,500 apartments. The residential area is designed as a gated and secured development, with a pine forest and essential urban infrastructure located nearby.
Project Objectives
For a large residential development, the smoke control ventilation system is intended to:
- provide effective smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
- maintain safer conditions along evacuation routes;
- protect residents from combustion products;
- ensure reliable operation of ventilation equipment in emergency conditions;
- meet modern fire safety requirements.

The project was equipped with smoke control ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM.
Project Results
The installed CCK TM equipment supports the operation of the residential complex's smoke control ventilation system and contributes to safer evacuation conditions in the event of a fire. The implemented solution forms part of the building's overall engineering measures designed to improve fire safety in multi-storey residential buildings.
