About the Project
CCK TM supplied equipment for the smoke control ventilation system of the Cossack Residential Complex in Kyiv. The modern brick building has a variable height of 16 to 18 storeys and includes integrated non-residential premises. The development features commercial facilities, a small sports club, a children's playground, recreational areas, and resident parking.
Project Objectives
For the multi-storey residential building, the smoke control ventilation system was designed to:
- efficiently remove smoke and hot gases during a fire;
- reduce smoke accumulation in rooms and evacuation routes;
- support safer evacuation conditions for residents;
- ensure reliable system operation in emergency conditions;
- discharge combustion products outside the building.

For this project, CCK TM supplied a KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal fan designed for smoke control ventilation systems. The roof-mounted configuration makes it possible to organize efficient smoke extraction without occupying additional indoor space within the building.
Project Results
The installed equipment provides effective smoke and hot gas extraction during fire emergencies and contributes to maintaining safer conditions along evacuation routes. The use of the KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted fan improves the reliability of the smoke control system serving the multi-storey residential development.
