About the Project
CCK TM supplied certified equipment for the smoke control ventilation systems of the Lypynka Residential Complex in Kyiv. The low-rise development consists of 42 buildings ranging from 5 to 6 storeys and features a distinctive architectural concept and carefully planned internal environment. Specialized CCK TM ventilation equipment was installed to support the fire safety of the buildings.
Project Objectives
The main objectives of the smoke control ventilation system included:
- ensuring efficient smoke and hot gas extraction during fire emergencies;
- creating safe evacuation conditions for residents;
- containing combustion products within the designated smoke control zones;
- ensuring reliable operation of the ventilation equipment in emergency conditions;
- using certified equipment for fire protection systems.

The project was equipped with certified CCK TM ventilation equipment designed for use in fire protection systems. The roof-mounted design allows the fans to be installed directly on building roofs, which is particularly suitable for a development consisting of numerous separate low-rise buildings.
Project Results
The use of certified KROV-DU/DUV and UKROS-DU/DUV fans ensures reliable smoke control operation and efficient extraction of smoke and hot gases during fire emergencies. The equipment contributes to safer evacuation conditions and enhances the overall fire safety of the residential development.
