About the Project
CCK TM supplied equipment for the smoke control ventilation systems of the Ministersky Residential Complex in Kyiv. The business-class residential development is located in the Obolonskyi district and includes four separate residential buildings with a total area of approximately 311,000 m². The complex also includes three underground parking facilities with a combined capacity of 1,118 parking spaces.
Project Objectives
The scale of the development and its extensive underground parking infrastructure required a reliable smoke control system. The main engineering objectives included:
- ensuring efficient smoke and hot gas extraction during fire emergencies;
- providing the required air supply for smoke control systems;
- maintaining safe evacuation conditions for residents;
- supporting smoke control in both residential buildings and underground parking areas;
- using specialized ventilation equipment designed for reliable long-term operation.

CCK TM developed a solution based on equipment covering two key functions of smoke control ventilation: combustion product extraction and controlled air supply. The UKROS-DU/DUV roof-mounted fans provide smoke and hot gas extraction, while the VKOP series supply fans provide the required airflow for the smoke control system.
Project Results
The installed equipment supports efficient smoke control ventilation and helps maintain safe evacuation conditions during fire emergencies. The integrated solution provides both smoke extraction and the required air supply, taking into account the scale of the residential development and its underground parking infrastructure.
