Odesa

About the Project

CCK TM delivered a comprehensive solution for the general and fire ventilation systems of the Eighth Pearl Residential Complex in Odesa. The development consists of three 22-storey residential sections with approximately 500 apartments. A modern ventilation system was implemented to ensure reliable building operation, occupant comfort, and compliance with current fire safety requirements.

Project Objectives

The project focused on the following engineering objectives:

  • providing efficient supply and exhaust ventilation;
  • ensuring reliable smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
  • maintaining safe evacuation conditions for residents;
  • integrating all ventilation systems into a coordinated engineering solution;
  • delivering reliable long-term operation of the building's ventilation infrastructure.

CCK TM Solution

Installed Equipment

Purpose

UKROS-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal fans

Smoke and hot gas extraction during fire emergencies.

VKOP 1 roof-mounted supply fansFresh air supply for the building's ventilation system.

OZA 301 energy-efficient axial fans

Operation of ventilation and air pressurization systems.

KPU-1N fire dampers

Automatic isolation of ventilation ducts to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.

Air control devices

Airflow balancing and system regulation.

CCK TM implemented a comprehensive engineering solution that combines supply, exhaust, and fire ventilation into a single coordinated system. The integration of UKROS-DU/DUV roof fans, VKOP supply fans, OZA 301 axial fans, KPU-1N fire dampers, and air control devices provides reliable and efficient ventilation tailored to the operational requirements of the residential complex.

Project Results

The completed ventilation solution ensures stable air exchange, efficient smoke extraction, and reliable operation of the building's fire safety systems. The integrated engineering approach improves overall building safety while supporting long-term, energy-efficient operation of the ventilation infrastructure.
