About the Project
CCK TM supplied certified ventilation equipment for the Ninth Pearl Residential Complex in Odesa. The residential development consists of three 22-storey buildings with a total of 479 apartments. A comprehensive engineering solution was implemented to provide reliable general ventilation and fire safety systems that meet modern requirements for energy efficiency, operational reliability, and occupant safety.
Project Objectives
The project focused on the following engineering objectives:
- providing efficient air exchange throughout the building;
- ensuring reliable smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
- preventing the spread of smoke and combustion products;
- integrating ventilation equipment into the building's fire safety system;
- installing certified equipment designed for long-term operation.
