About the Project

CCK TM delivered a general and fire ventilation project for the Fifteenth Pearl Residential Complex in Odesa. The residential development consists of a modern 18-storey twin-section building with 320 apartments. To ensure reliable ventilation and fire safety, the complex was equipped with ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM.


Project Objectives

  • providing efficient general ventilation throughout the building;
  • ensuring reliable smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
  • preventing the spread of fire and smoke through ventilation ducts;
  • maintaining safe evacuation conditions for residents;

The project incorporated a comprehensive CCK TM engineering solution combining general ventilation and fire safety systems. The installation of KROV-DU/DUV roof fans, OZA 300 axial fans, KPU-1N fire dampers, and air control devices ensured efficient, reliable, and long-term operation of the building's ventilation infrastructure.


Project Results

The completed ventilation system provides stable daily operation, effective smoke extraction in emergency situations, and full compliance with modern fire safety requirements for residential buildings.
