About the Project
CCK TM delivered a general and fire ventilation project for the Fifteenth Pearl Residential Complex in Odesa. The residential development consists of a modern 18-storey twin-section building with 320 apartments. To ensure reliable ventilation and fire safety, the complex was equipped with ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM.
Project Objectives
The project focused on the following engineering objectives:
- providing efficient general ventilation throughout the building;
- ensuring reliable smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
- preventing the spread of fire and smoke through ventilation ducts;
- maintaining safe evacuation conditions for residents;
- delivering a durable and reliable ventilation solution.
CCK TM Solution
Installed Equipment | Purpose |
KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal fans | Smoke and hot gas extraction during fire emergencies. |
OZA 300 axial fans | Operation of general and smoke ventilation systems. |
KPU-1N fire dampers | Automatic isolation of ventilation ducts during fire events. |
| Air control devices | Airflow balancing and system regulation. |
The project incorporated a comprehensive CCK TM engineering solution combining general ventilation and fire safety systems. The installation of KROV-DU/DUV roof fans, OZA 300 axial fans, KPU-1N fire dampers, and air control devices ensured efficient, reliable, and long-term operation of the building's ventilation infrastructure.
Project Results
The completed ventilation system provides stable daily operation, effective smoke extraction in emergency situations, and full compliance with modern fire safety requirements for residential buildings.
