About the Project
CCK TM delivered a fire ventilation project for the Horus Paradise Residential Complex in Chișinău, Moldova. This modern residential development combines multi-storey buildings, an underground parking facility, and extensive on-site infrastructure, requiring a comprehensive approach to fire safety. The project was equipped with specialized ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM.
Project Objectives
The project focused on the following engineering objectives:
- providing efficient smoke extraction during fire emergencies;
- preventing the spread of smoke between fire compartments;
- maintaining safe evacuation conditions for residents;
- integrating the equipment into the building's fire safety system;
- ensuring reliable ventilation system performance in accordance with modern fire safety standards.

The project incorporated a comprehensive CCK TM fire ventilation solution combining smoke extraction equipment and passive fire protection components. The KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted fans provide efficient smoke and hot gas removal, while the KPU-1N fire dampers isolate fire compartments and improve the overall performance of the building's fire safety system.
Project Results
The implemented solution ensures reliable operation of the residential complex's fire ventilation system, supports safe evacuation during emergency situations, and complies with modern fire safety requirements for residential buildings.
