About the Project
CCK TM delivered a general and smoke extraction ventilation project for the Kliuch Residential Complex in Kharkiv. This business-class residential development is located near Sarzhyn Yar and includes two residential buildings, an underground parking facility, and modern engineering systems. To ensure efficient ventilation and fire safety, the complex was equipped with specialized ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM.

The project incorporated a comprehensive CCK TM ventilation solution combining general ventilation and smoke control systems. The UKROS-DU/DUV roof-mounted fans provide efficient smoke extraction through a flare-type air discharge and high-efficiency backward-curved impellers. The OZA 300 axial fans maintain reliable air exchange, while the KPU-1N fire dampers enhance the overall performance of the building's fire safety system.
Project Results
The implemented solution ensures reliable ventilation during normal operation and effective smoke extraction in emergency situations.
