About the Project

CCK TM delivered a smoke extraction ventilation project for the Kvant Residential Complex in Kharkiv. The residential development forms part of the modern Naukovyi district and combines comfortable housing with well-developed urban infrastructure. To enhance the building's fire safety, ventilation equipment manufactured by CCK TM was installed.


Project Objectives

Purpose

KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal fans

Vertical extraction of smoke and hot combustion gases during fire emergencies.


The project incorporated KROV-DU/DUV roof-mounted centrifugal fans manufactured by CCK TM. The equipment provides efficient vertical smoke exhaust, high airflow performance, low noise levels, and reliable operation even under demanding operating conditions. The fan design also protects against weather exposure while simplifying rooftop installation.


Project Results

The installed smoke extraction system provides efficient removal of smoke and hot gases, supports safe evacuation routes, and complies with modern fire safety requirements for residential buildings. The use of CCK TM equipment enabled the implementation of a reliable, durable, and high-performance engineering solution.
