Equipment Collection
CCK TM sells ventilation, refrigeration, heating and other equipment with the option of collection by the customer. The main way to receive an order is customer collection from a warehouse or an agreed collection point.
For small-sized equipment, shipment through logistics companies is also available by agreement. The shipping method and handover terms are agreed with the manager depending on the type, dimensions and weight of the equipment.
The order is handed over to the customer or logistics company after payment has been confirmed. Any costs associated with the logistics company's services are paid by the customer according to the carrier's rates.
Geography
Our customers are businesses and organizations in Ukraine and other countries. CCK TM supplies ventilation, refrigeration, heating and other equipment to customers in Ukraine and abroad.
Our customers operate in countries including Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova, Slovenia and Estonia.
Customers in Ukraine can collect equipment directly, while small-sized products can, by agreement, be handed over to a logistics company for shipment. The terms of equipment collection and shipment for international customers are agreed individually with a CCK TM manager.
How to Place an Order
After receiving an inquiry, a CCK TM manager confirms the order details, technical specifications of the equipment, quantity and other relevant requirements.
Once the order is agreed, the total cost, collection or shipping method and equipment readiness timeframe are determined. For small-sized products, the option of handing the order over to a logistics company is agreed separately.
After payment is confirmed, the order is prepared for customer collection or handed over to the selected logistics company.
Receiving and Checking the Equipment
When receiving an order, we recommend checking the condition of the equipment, its completeness and the availability of accompanying documents.
If the equipment is handed over through a logistics company, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging and the condition of the goods upon receipt in accordance with the carrier's procedures.
If any damage is found, we recommend documenting it upon receipt and notifying a CCK TM manager.
