Dnipro

About the Project

CCK TM completed a comprehensive ventilation and air conditioning project for the Dnipropetrovsk Oil Extraction Plant in Dnipro, part of the international agribusiness company Bunge. The facility is one of Ukraine's leading producers in the vegetable oil industry, where stable production processes depend on reliable and efficient HVAC systems.

Ventilation Project Objectives for a Food Processing Facility

Vegetable oil production requires stable indoor air conditions, continuous air exchange, and compliance with strict sanitary and technological standards. The primary objective of the project was to implement a comprehensive HVAC solution that maintains an optimal indoor climate, integrates fire protection components, and ensures reliable operation under continuous industrial production conditions.

CCK TM Solution

To complete the project, CCK TM supplied a comprehensive range of equipment for ventilation, air conditioning, and airflow control.

Equipment

Purpose

AIRMATE-2000

AIRMATE-2000 suspended compact air handling units provide air filtration, heating, cooling, and heat recovery. Equipped with EC fans or free-wheel fan technology, they deliver high energy efficiency, low noise levels, and precise airflow control. Their compact design allows installation even where available space is limited.

VRS 550

VRS 550 air handling units (AHUs) provide comprehensive air treatment, including filtration, heating, cooling, heat recovery, and automatic maintenance of the required indoor climate parameters. The modular design allows the system to be configured according to the specific requirements of the production facility.

KPU-1N

KPU-1N universal fire dampers automatically close ventilation ducts during a fire, limiting the spread of smoke and flames while ensuring reliable operation of smoke control ventilation systems.

OZA 300

OZA 300 energy-efficient axial fans provide intensive airflow with low power consumption. Their aerodynamic impeller design and adjustable blade angle allow system performance to be optimized for different operating conditions.

TUL dampers, universal air dampers, ventilation grilles

Air control components ensure proper airflow balancing, automatic duct shut-off when ventilation stops, uniform air distribution, and stable operation of the entire ventilation system.

CCK TM equipment provides a comprehensive approach to HVAC systems for food processing facilities and complies with modern requirements for energy efficiency, operational reliability, and industrial safety.

Project Results

The implemented solution provides stable air exchange throughout the production areas, maintains the required indoor climate parameters, integrates fire protection components, and ensures efficient airflow regulation. The ventilation system supports uninterrupted production processes, improves the energy efficiency of engineering systems, and helps maintain compliance with food industry operating standards.
