About the Project
CCK TM completed a supply and exhaust ventilation and air conditioning project for the Chervona Zirka Pharmaceutical Plant in Kharkiv. The company is one of Ukraine's leading pharmaceutical manufacturers and operates in accordance with the stringent requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. To ensure stable production conditions, CCK TM implemented a modern ventilation solution specifically designed for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Ventilation Project Objectives for Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
Pharmaceutical production requires continuous control of temperature, humidity, and indoor air quality throughout the manufacturing process. The primary objective of the project was to maintain a stable indoor climate, provide efficient supply and exhaust air exchange, and enable automatic control of air handling parameters in accordance with production requirements.
CCK TM Solution
To complete the project, CCK TM supplied an integrated ventilation, air conditioning, and climate control solution.
Equipment | Purpose |
VRS 550 | Air handling units with an integrated automation system for comprehensive supply air treatment. The modular design allows the units to be configured for specific production requirements while providing efficient ventilation, air conditioning, and energy-efficient operation |
UWS | Water mixing units designed to regulate the heating capacity of water heat exchangers and protect them against freezing. They provide precise control of the heating medium temperature, ensure stable operation of supply and supply-and-exhaust ventilation systems, improve energy efficiency, and extend the service life of heat exchangers. |
The VRS series is certified in accordance with applicable standards and is widely used at industrial facilities, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants. The combination of the VRS 550 air handling unit with integrated automation and the UWS water mixing unit provides precise indoor climate control, protects water heat exchangers, and ensures reliable operation of the ventilation system under continuous production conditions.
Project Results
The implemented solution maintains stable temperature and humidity conditions, provides efficient supply and exhaust air exchange, and enables automatic control of the ventilation system. This supports the sanitary and hygienic conditions required for pharmaceutical manufacturing, improves process stability, and ensures reliable operation in accordance with the industry's high quality standards.
