About the Project
Park Tower is a two-section business-class residential building ranging from 13 to 16 storeys, located in the Frankivskyi district of Lviv
The complex comprises 254 apartments and features its own underground parking facility with elevator access. Shops, cafés and banking facilities are within walking distance, while Stryiskyi Park is located directly across the road. The distance to central Lviv is approximately 3 km.
Park Tower was commissioned in the third quarter of 2019.
Ventilation Solution
For the residential complex, CCK TM manufactured and supplied equipment for the smoke control ventilation system, designed to provide effective smoke extraction and support safe conditions in the event of a fire.

The OZA-R axial fans are designed for roof-mounted ventilation systems and feature a low noise level. They can be used in systems with several fans operating in parallel.
The OZA-R design includes a new-generation impeller, fully welded pull-out housing, an asynchronous motor, weather hood and mounting plate. The aerodynamically shaped motor support also acts as a flow straightener, contributing to improved fan efficiency.
Project Result
The comprehensive solution supplied by CCK TM provided the project with reliable equipment for smoke control ventilation, combining effective smoke extraction, stable operation of roof-mounted fans and convenient equipment installation.
