About the Project

CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment for the Odessky Residential Complex in Kharkiv. The economy-class development is located at 170/1 Haharina Avenue and consists of two 16-storey sections. The project also includes an underground parking facility, making reliable ventilation infrastructure an important part of the building's engineering systems.

Ventilation Project Objectives

The multi-storey residential development with underground parking required efficient air extraction and reliable ventilation system operation. The main objectives included:

  • organizing exhaust ventilation;
  • maintaining the required air exchange;
  • efficiently removing exhaust air;
  • using roof-mounted equipment according to installation conditions;
  • ensuring reliable ventilation operation under different operating modes.

CCK TM Solution

Installed Equipment

Purpose

KROS

Roof-mounted centrifugal fans for efficient air extraction in ventilation systems.

OZA-R

Low-noise roof-mounted axial fans, including applications with several fans operating in parallel.

UKROS-DU/DUVRoof-mounted centrifugal fans with jet-type air discharge for smoke extraction systems.

For the project, CCK TM developed a comprehensive solution based on three types of roof-mounted fans. This approach made it possible to select equipment according to the different functions and requirements of the ventilation system.

KROS fans are designed for roof installation and provide efficient air extraction. They feature a high-efficiency impeller with backward-curved blades and an enlarged toroidal inlet nozzle. Direct mounting of the impeller on the motor shaft helps reduce energy losses and improve the reliability of the design. Frequency speed control is also available.

OZA-R are low-noise roof-mounted axial fans suitable for systems where several fans operate in parallel. The aerodynamically shaped motor support acts as a flow-straightening device and contributes to improved fan efficiency.

UKROS-DU/DUV complete the solution as equipment for smoke extraction systems. Their jet-type air discharge provides directed removal of smoke and hot gases in the vertical direction.

Project Results

The use of different types of roof-mounted fans enabled CCK TM to provide a comprehensive ventilation solution for the residential complex. The equipment supports efficient air extraction, the required air exchange and smoke extraction system operation, while roof-mounted installation allows the ventilation equipment to be positioned outside the residential areas.
