About the Project
CCK TM supplied ventilation equipment for the premium-class PANORAMA Residential Complex in central Dnipro. The development is located in the Nagirnyi district and consists of five business-class residential buildings ranging from 19 to 24 storeys. The project features modern infrastructure, a three-level parking facility and panoramic glazing in the apartments.
Ventilation and Smoke Control System Objectives
The multi-storey residential development required a comprehensive ventilation solution designed to:
- ensure effective air movement;
- remove smoke and combustion products in emergency conditions;
- limit the spread of fire and smoke through ventilation networks;
- regulate air flows;
- provide reliable installation and connection of ventilation equipment.

For the project, CCK TM supplied a comprehensive equipment package covering ventilation, smoke control and fire protection, as well as mounting and air-regulating components.
The UKROS-DU/DUV and OZA 501 fans provide the required air movement and smoke extraction in emergency conditions. KPU-1N and KPD-4 fire protection dampers are used to limit the spread of fire and combustion products through ventilation networks.
STAM mounting sockets and additional components support proper equipment installation, while air-regulating devices provide the required distribution and control of air flows.
Project Results
The comprehensive CCK TM solution supports the operation of the residential complex's ventilation infrastructure and enhances the reliability of its smoke control and fire protection systems. The combination of fans, fire protection dampers, air-regulating and mounting components enables coordinated operation of the various elements of the ventilation systems within the multi-storey development.
