Aspiration Duct

The aspiration air duct AD-VKA is designed for conveying dust-laden air and gas-air mixtures with varying concentrations of solid particles in aspiration, dust extraction, and pneumatic conveying systems. It is widely used in industrial facilities where efficient removal of dust, chips, granules, and other suspended particles is required.
When transporting dusty air and to prevent clogging, especially at changes in airflow direction (elbows, tees, branch connections), it is recommended to use bends with a radius of at least two duct diameters.
Aspiration systems typically use rod-type tees or angled branch tees with a branching angle not exceeding 60°, ensuring stable flow and reducing particle sedimentation.
Inspection hatches for cleaning are recommended at duct direction changes and branching points. AD-VKA aspiration ducts are essential components of reliable and durable industrial dust extraction systems.
