Straight-Seam Circular Duct

The AD-VKK straight-seam circular duct is designed for air transportation in supply, exhaust, and supply-exhaust ventilation and air conditioning systems for industrial, commercial, and public facilities.

The ducts are manufactured on an automated production line with a standard blank length of 1250 mm. If required, ducts of non-standard lengths shorter or longer than 1250 mm can be produced using manual guillotine cutting. The circular shape is formed by rolling on an electromechanical three-roll bending machine.

The longitudinal seam is closed using welding or folded seam technology, followed by seam pressing along the entire length of the duct. The type of seam depends on the duct section length. Duct sections can be connected using nipples or by the “pipe-in-pipe” method. Type G connection features one corrugated edge.

AD-VKK ducts are manufactured in diameters ranging from 100 to 1250 mm. Upon request, ducts can be supplied with flange connections.
