The C-FKР-G duct-mounted rectangular grease filter is engineered for efficient removal of grease and oil particles from the airflow in professional kitchen ventilation systems. With a filtration efficiency of 50–70%, it protects downstream HVAC components and extends the service life of subsequent filters.

The filter housing is made of galvanized steel with a robust box-type design. A removable service cover provides easy access for cleaning and maintenance.

The filter cassette is a rigid metal assembly consisting of:

• a П-shaped galvanized steel profile (height 48 mm);

• retaining grids on both sides;

• a multilayer package of fine-corrugated metal meshes arranged at different angles, forming an effective grease-trapping layer.

The rigid construction prevents deformation or displacement of internal layers during operation.

The cassette can be cleaned with hot water and detergent. Ensure service access to enable quick removal and maintenance.
