Manual-electric high-pressure fan
ERV-3.15 is a high-pressure manual-electric ventilation fan designed for supply and exhaust systems in shelters, radiation-protected rooms, engineering structures, shafts, and technical facilities. It operates from the electrical grid or via manual drive, ensuring continuous airflow even during power outages — essential for modern civil protection shelters.
Its construction includes three main components:
– the fan assembly;
– a gearbox with manual handle;
– an electric motor.
The right-rotating impeller with backward-curved blades provides high efficiency and low noise levels. The housing is made of carbon steel with a durable RAL 7016 powder coating.
The spiral casing is non-rotatable.
The unit is equipped with a three-phase single-speed asynchronous motor.
The gearbox includes an automatic clutch that switches between manual and electric operation without interrupting airflow.
Operating temperature: –20° C to +40° C.
Allows air and gas mixtures containing up to 100 mg/m³ of dust and solid particles (non-sticky, non-fibrous).
