The C-GKN silencer for round ducts is designed to reduce aerodynamic noise generated by equipment in duct ventilation and air-conditioning systems. Advantages of C-GKN duct silencers over similar round-duct silencers include a reduced casing height and a more convenient shape for installation in ventilation systems without compromising noise absorption performance. Standard casing lengths are 600 mm or 900 mm. Upon request, silencers can be manufactured in other lengths. The C-GKN design allows connection to round ducts or other elements of duct ventilation systems using the C-MK adapter.
